Molly’s journey into Yoga began 13 years ago, at the age of sixteen. Over the years, her practice and connection to Yoga grew deeper, and in 2014/15 she completed her 200 hour Foundational Teacher Training under the wise instruction of Yogacharya Vineeta Sharma. Teacher Training was rooted in the Traditional Philosophies of Yoga - the Bhagvhad Gita, The Eight Limbs (Astanga Yoga), and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - and provided Molly a solid foundation to instruct Yoga with the utmost integrity, and respect for her students.
The quiet peace and comfort found in moving meditation is a gift she feels compelled to share with as many willing souls as possible. Her classes combine slow, focused flow of movement and breath, fostering a deep connection to the wisdom of the body, and gently quieting the mind.
She has taught people from all walks of life, between the ages of 5 & 75, at music festivals, corporate conferences, in private sessions and group workshops. Her classes are very accessible to first-time Yoga practitioners, but also offer enough challenge for the advanced. A both dynamic and static flow, designed to align the flow of energy smoothly along the spine will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more in-tune with your body and soul.

Grounding Meditation and Yoga
Our class will revolve around awareness of the body-breathe connection. A grounding arrival meditation to centre the mind, body, and breath will be followed with a gentle flow through various Asanas (postures). These postures naturally stretch the muscles and open the joints of the body, while simultaneously providing vital Prana (energy) throughout the body, mind, & Spirit.
